Namo I think of it this way what were they worth before their association with PTEL? What dose PTEL bring to the table? Is value added by the association. I conclude they have increased their value. How much is anybody’s guess, but it turns on their productivity inside the new relationship. I do not discount, they may be worse off for this but, notwithstanding the dilution, it appears to be a positive for a2a.
