Roger never promised us a rose garden. A touch over six weeks ago at the ASM, Roger was quoted at guestimating 6-8 weeks for the FDA decision. So, we are in his window of his estimate, although a quick review of all biotech time estimates ever given are conservative... always add t=weeks to any short term estimate(not a Cortex-limited issue). What I would hope is that Cortex has-with a bit of stealth-put out feelers to some of the interested pharma companies... this is the structure of a deal, upfronts, downstreams for a phase IIb compound for ADHD. ADHD remains the quickest path for approval(quicker than is commonly thought-check out New River's path through the wire).
