Tall Rob.. after thinking about it some more.. perhaps there is something to be gained by AERO taking over on 7/1.. if the merger was complete before, then I think they would have to file a 10K as a combined entity.. if it happens on 7/1, then FCCN/AERO could file the 10K for the year ending 6/30 with only FCCN financials (which would be relatively easy), and AERO would only be responsible for producing historical financials.. just a thought.. but it lends more credence to the possibility of an 8k on tues.
