How many Canadians that have been affected by the halt will seek restitution once the halt is removed, how will restitution be made, and how will restitution affect the PPS???
Those Canadians affected are entitled to the cheap shares that the rest of us have acquired. If there is any reasonable restitution to those that could not buy it only makes sense that restitution will result in further consumption of SLJB shares and a higher PPS.
So, my advice to you Canadians out there is get your buy orders in... start lodging complaints to your brokers and identify SPECIFICALLY how many shares you want. Hey, it can't hurt.
Ahhh yes, now it is all coming together. Wasn't cut and dry or an open and shut case to have it done in January, March... and it won't come together for the OSC in July, IMO. Sulja is moving on with business as promised!
