Reality Racing Inc (RRGI)

Flat, correct me if I am wrong. An increase in the outstanding stock does not necessarily mean those shares were sold. It is possible that Jay, who became a partner in RRGI, and whose time and equipment is extremely valuable to the show's success, could be a beneficiary of some of those shares? Is it possible other vendors whose services were procured were paid in stock? I am not sure of any of this, and would appreciate clarification. Thanks in advance
