MoTrader; Yes, I am seeing this on L2. So, the questions that I have, and are riddles, really:
If the company is selling shares, why cap the stock? So, maybe Naked Shorts?
I have read comments that the company would prefer to be private. I s this a reason to drive the price down? If they sold so many shares this spring, did they raise a lot of cash/ And for what purpose, acquisitions? Or something else.
How are the former owners of the companies who sold out to PBLS reacting to the recent information release? Where they aware of the series three preferred?
Why has the company put out an offer to allow shareholders to convert to a different series of preferred, which under todays price structure, will result in a 40% annual return to those who convert, IF the company remains healthy over the next five years, and there is enough money left to pay off all the preferreds? And, is the series three senior to the other series? Is there a series issued to the former business owners, one for the ordinary shareholders, and one for top manangement?
