What if their are Doc.'s to show proof of cement deals and proof that KPMG in the ME was given money to do the AF's.

The evidence alleged by the OSC indicates there is no such proof. If proof is eventually presented to the contrary, then it will be taken into consideration accordingly. But I personally don't think there is such documentation, given the information apparently presented to the OSC by Ramada and KPMG, according to the OSC documents. But that's just my opinion and what I choose to believe.

Have you ever seen such documentation or are you relying on third party information that it exists?
