We initially set up the share structure to be unlimited so that it is
easier for the company if needed to get funding. At the moment we are
not planning on changing the share structure but some discussions have
occurred. If any changes are done we will notify you and the rest of
the shareholders. We thank you for your continued support in MGM Mineral
