For years Sulja was a tiny, barely profitable, family-owned, lumberyard. Economic conditions started to worsen in their area of operation. Their debt started to accumulate. Rather than deciding to cut costs they began their nefarious plans. They sold over 10 million dollars of shares while starting a vigorous PR campaign filled with obvious lies. Time after time their commitment for providing audited financials were left unfulfilled. November 15th an internal conflict prevented them from publishing the previously created lying financials. Consequently their share price plunged, the OSC halted trading and the SEC started an investigation. Since then Sulja management has only made a half-hearted attempt to create a buzz surrounding their stock. Since they are no longer selling shares their previous incentive to make their lies large and price-moving no longer exists.

That's the Sulja story in a nutshell.
