excel, What is this "top secret" category in which you speak of? I didn't see it listed under that in the last 10Q filing.

Here is another possible (but doubtful) category which I overlooked earlier though:
"OPERATING EXPENSES:
Research and development"
So is your point still that you want to see their names in the filings? All righty then. They are not on the BOD and do not own over a certain % of the Company so their names are not required by the SEC from what I recall.
I am confident that their compensation is legally accounted for in the filings. What exactly are you wanting to see? The amounts? Their names? WHAT? As long as they are legally accounted for in the filings under the consultant agreements or however they are classified, I do not believe that NVEI is legally required to share that information with us. If you would like that requirement to change perhaps you should petition the SEC in order to change the various requirements in the filings made by public companies. Now there's a thought. :)
