My complaint about failure to advise stockholder's of material events took about a week to acknowledge, but it has been about a month now since it was sent. Last time I complained about MMs/Brokers limiting internet trades it was over 6 months before I got two of the three ordered replies by SEC from brokers and never did get ScottTrade's.
