Hey Grande25, The bid is .013 and the ask .015 and the MM's will buy and sell small odd lots in between. But once a order comes up that is more shares than can be gathered at .013 than they allow shares to be sold above the bid in matched amounts. Afterwards they can drop the bid back to .013 and do... I bought about 10 days ago when the bid was .012 and the ask was .015. I put in for 399.000 shares at .015 and the bid jumped to .014, my trade was broken up into 3 matched trades at those prices and after I was filled they dropped the bid back to .013.. IMO the way its trading is a decent amount of shares at the bid will quickly take it down or a decent amount of buys at the ask will take it up quickly. MM's do business this way to instill volatility and volumes cause thats how they profit... I hope this helps...
