Nice post, bigworld. I'm also very interested in knowing if Dr. Weiner has joined the sci adv board (hopefully, Sauce is right about him already being on the board). I would doubt that Dr. Weiner would sit on the board if his company is going to be a direct competitor. In fact, all of the PRs that I've looked at between CYGX and VGX Pharma point to an ongoing collaboration to develop DNA vaccines using synDNA (via Dr. Weiner). The CYGX, VGX/ADViSYS angle is very interesting and could be very beneficial to both companies, especially if competing directly against Vical.
