Major, I agree. This is put up time. They're filing the BK to get control of the shell. That's money right there. They know they can't get $$$$'s but they can get $$$$ another way. The shell. The CD holders think they are a senior note to Marco's, and they probably are, on paper. So, they file BK. But, how much paper do they have?

If you have seen the BK filing, WHO FILED it? Who is the group? I assume its the NIR Funds or one of PT's proxy's that hold yet another paper contract or paper shares.

Battle of paper. Maybe there is a prosecutor in Texas looking for a headline. You'd have to be very persuasive. But, this case has enough drama to get attention. That's why I think they'll never serve PT and never have yet.
