Arnold: They are capable, but so far I suspect that the "orders" have been too small to warrant outside production. When cGMP produced plasmid is required its production will get farmed out (at least until the CYGX facility is built, IF ever). I suspect ADViSYS only because of their location. Kendirgi and Chen can drive out there in 30 minutes. And VGX is working on actual products. Aldevron seems content to produce plasmid and test other company's vaccines. I don't know what the status of the current relationship is between Aldevron and CYGX. Neither company refers to the other in PR's or other communications. Everything is speculation.
