RCA: 2 Questions....

1. Then why did PT ultimately consent to Marco's summary judgement? Why appear to fight it and then consent, leave, and enable Marco able to get a majority of shares? Where's the fight?

2. If you have all these emails and proofs of fraud (media events too) against PT, the lawyers, and associates, why didn't you attempt to get a judgement for FRAUD when you had them all on a platter in the same court? Fraud, aiding and abetting. It sounded, from you filings, that you had all the proofs. All you had to do is file the counts against them. But, you didn't. You talked about them being frauds, but you didn't file the counts for fraud. You had PT there, the lawyers, and the lenders, all in one spot. But, you didn't. You just dealt within the lawsuit by Madison. That doesn't make sense to me.
