Did you see the accusations made by Marco against the lawyer Shichtman? Is Marco saying that the lawyer aided and abetted PT fraud?

Wow. That's a different step to take. He mentioned some media events in which this lawyer was allegedly crowing about Shareprice. I've seen no proof, however.

I didn't see this lawyers name in any Trezac filings either. There were lawyers, yes. I know that's a big claim for a guy like Marco to make these days. Since Enron, these third party abetting accusations are serious.

That's why I'd like to see it backed up. So far, I just see a list of accusations put to paper.
