Yes, but it's hard to predict in advance, imho. I have heard rumors of big plays, big promos, told amazing % gains that would be practically guaranteed, only to see many, if not most fizzle.

To be honest, I think these bastage CEOs are even lying to their own promo guys, because sometimes I can tell even the promoters are taken by surprise by a sudden onslaught of aggressive selling.

So, we venture out cautiously, prepared for the absolute worst, with a market order made out at all times, but a little optimistic, because there are still POWNs that run 500% in a day.
