thought I'd get these reposted. Peeps need to remember that toxic convertibles are the number one reason why these stocks collapse.

Also, remember that every time there is a promotion on a stock, it's because the company wants to sell shares. Plain and simple. Be smart, make money. Believe the story, and take a haircut.

That's my assessment, anyway. Sometimess the story is real, but you'll go broke giving most of these stocks the benefit of the doubt. Better to start from a position of skepticism and doubt, and let them work hard to convince you they're legitimate, imho!
