Miagi, come on, have you been reading what i have been saying?

Xsurfbum's sister visited Alan the end of April, and was told $400,000 has been raised so far.

Well, now you read what was said in the interview and you see it says $450,000 has been raised.

Now, either he issued $50,000 worth of stock which at .001 = 50,000,000 shares

OR...

Since he didn't have the figures right in front of him during the meeting with surf's sister it was closer to $450,000 than $400,000 like he said.


SO! Either the O/S increased by 700,000,000 and only 50,000,000 were issued for services, leaving the company with 650,000,000 (that haven't hit the market, so either they are now through dilution, or they are holding out trying to FAKE OUT the shorters)

OR

In fact all 700,000,000 were issued for services, and that $50,000 increase in the 504 is for other services.
