Exactly, and read the info about the program... it is to help EMPLOYEES that can't currently find work in their trained skill sets, are on hard times, etc, etc... all anyone has to do is READ.

Oh, and of course you probably won't find multi-BILLION dollar corporations in the subsidy program because Canada probably EXPECTS those companies to be exercising such programs on their own!!!
