The fact that they DIDN'T sell shares for cash, and the fact they DID issued shares for services should both be in the 504, but only for cash is under the 504.

So despite Alan issuing shares, it never hurt the amount they could sell via 504.

To be successful in the trading game, find a sound strategy and then learn and understand the rules of your strategy.
