This is the store I found at the site listed as the next location for a UPZS store in California. I couldn't tell if it was open for business or closed down as it's early on a Saturday. There were large black curtains across the windows which indicate they may be shut down. Looking between the curtains I didn't see any hint of construction or renovation.
There was a Cactus Jack opened on the corner near my home. Pizza was very weak and I never went back after the first try. I don't think they lasted 3 months. The plaza the new UPZS would be located is off the beated track. I recall being in that plaza only once in 17 years. I remember the time frame because I bought something used in the remodel for my firstborn's bedroom when he was newborn. He'll be 18 in November.
