Are there oilsands also in Saskatchewan area or are there oilsands deposits only in Alberta?

Oilsands Quest (BQI, Amex $2.65) has an enormous lease (look at the chart below) in Saskatchewan, and they are doing delineation drilling there to find out, how far in Saskatchewan area they still find oilsands. They have already found resources (near the Albertan border), but in July they will publish the results of a big drilling program, which has been done deeper in Sask. area. The management says that the preliminary results are "very promising" (what else they could say?), but what is the public opinion in Canada? Are there oilsands in Saskatchewan, which can be commercialized?
