A2Gems....I agree with Shadera but I understand what you are saying you want to make sure your info is accurate but as I see it "offices" may be open during the holidays but there are actually very few people working. I assume when Walter made that point about offices closed.... know one is accepting any new business and to wait after the holidays. You are getting all worked up for nothing.
