Here is the way I see it...

The company has hopefully addressed all the comments in the new filing.

The SEC will have 30 days to approve or make new comments.

The company then will have 30 days to address the comments and respond to the SEC.

Then the SEC can take up to 30 days to respond with comments again or accept.

With the process of working with the SEC since last October..I hope the company has addressed all and any concerns in full.

Tf this assumption is correct then we could be trading on the BB in the next 30 days.

If not it will be a minimum of 60 days.

Time will tell...

When this goes to the BB..I see the PPS trading between $0.30 cents and $1.00 in the following 3 to 4 months..jmh swag.
