New Company Registration and Share Exchange:

Our board of directors has approved the formation and registration of a new company to trade in the market without restrictions on the purchase of its shares. We are working on a process where the current shareholders of GOIH can exchange their shares for new shares in the new company. The exchange process will value the shares of GOIH at the 52 week high price of 8.8 cents per share. We have retained legal counsel to begin the process.
