Good morning William. How's that acquisition going?

Question:

Why would anyone need to prove Prohibited conduct in connection with pre-commencement communications when SVET has still yet to make an offer?

From both the SVET PR and the GZFX filing:

expressing to a desire by SuperVision for GZFX to become a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperVision either through a negotiated process or, failing that through a possible hostile takeover.

That is not an offer. A tender offer typical involves some sort of numerical value. BTW have you gotten your tender offer from SVET yet?

I haven't seen the details of the 'desire' that SVET sent to management and I'm pretty sure that the few or many here who have responded to SVET still have not seen the 'desire' letter either. The sad part is that these are the individuals who provided their mailing addresses directly to SVET. Shouldn't SVET send them a copy of the same 'desire' letter that they sent to management? After all, these are the shareholders. If I'm wrong, I challenge anyone to post those details for us all to see. That indeed would convince even me.

What has been reported so far is the SVET has sent information looking for shareholders to simply vote for new management. Again this is not an offer. They are asking you to vote for managemnt of a company that has very little (if at all) traceable filings or up-to-date financial information with the SEC. Can you tell me again why this is a lucrative deal? Please. I understand that most are disgruntled with managment (which certainly makes them vunerable to suggestion) and I certainly am not pro-GZFX managment. At least they're information is verfiable though.

Have Fun!
