Penny scams are a dime a dozen i could list off 20 tickers off the top of my head that are scams. Look how long takes for them to run the course and pennies are a low priority, stuff like the Pearlman case are much more important than a two bit scam like SLJB. Have you ever even talked to someone at the SEC or emailed them they are quite nice :)
