Somebody correct me (not that anybody is shy here) if I'm wrong. But some simple math would say:

$1m being raised.
Most all transactions have been in .0003-.0005 range so that would mean between 2.0B and 3.3B new shares to raise the cash.
Certainly not more than 3.3B as we have not seen any .0002's bought.
