And I'll PM you the company name...got in a boatload of trouble with the longs for even mentioning those paragraphs, and was called a basher with an agenda.

Sheesh! I only posted the section, without comment or observation, as it really does speak for itself.

If I'm a basher, I got all my info from the head basher: the company's own accountant..LOL!

But for what it's worth, those statements are pretty common in many of the stocks we trade. That particular stock was a fairly unknown play. Only difference is, it was an OTCBB, so I could look up the filings.

We have no clue what kind of toxic crap is in most of the pinks we poke at, which is why I watch the market makers to get a hint, and I assume the worst, because it's generally the safest thing to do in absence of other information.
