What's amazing is that anyone even buys a stock that has those kind of statements in the filings...

daytrade maybe, invest? nuts!

cuz that's not just the typical 'bad things could happen' speech which they always need to include. That is saying, in so many words, that they will issue millions and millions of shares whenever they feel like it, and it will make the PPS go down.
