That will not happen until the financiers begin their short selling after the registration is declared effective. Also, due to the terms of the Series E convertibles, I don't expect to see them shorting until mid February when the convertible price is begins to float based on the lower of 0.45 or 85% of the average share price during the 10 previous trading days.
