I have yet to find one pink sheet company that is not crooked somehow and I have been in this biz for over 25 years; initially as a broker. Even the broker/dealers of "pennies" back in the 80's were crooked, which is why I got out of th biz altogether.

Only 2 things in this world I hate: Lawyers and crooked business people. Both are driven by greed and take money from unsuspecting/innocent people...
