Buzzy Krongard was both the CEO of Deutsche Bank US, where the put options went, thru the chicago exchange I recall, he was as well the COO of the CIA during 9/11 & former Vice Chairman of the Board of Bankers Trust . they just switch chairs ... nothing changes..
