I just called ASG and there is NO option for a so-called employee directory as you state. The only option given is to dial the person's extension or press 0 to leave a message, nothing about an employee directory as you state.

"Yes, if you call the ad agency's telephone number, go to the employee directory, type MARK in using your phone, and it transfers you to his voice mail."
