Impact of the lawsuit

The more relevant impact in my opinion is that DNDN has yet to issue a PR or file a 8K announcing completion of their financing.

Do note that the original 8k specified First Delivery Date as 10am ET 11th June.

If this does not get completed as of tomorrow, the uncertainty will start to drag the PPS down and that will loop back into the financing.
