poster, I think that was the AAPU PR I may have been looking for. Can you link or post the full PR based on your post? There was an AAPM (AAPU) PR where an agreement with the Shanghai Province I believe was signed. If I remember correctly, it is supposed to be a sizable road construction operation with the SAB patent.
