VIGSF--I just took a look at the chart and the OBV went up sharply over the last couple of days--even though it's basing...one of omni's favorite indicators--granted, it's been sitting steady for a while, but the steep increase is promising :), and Williams is up over 50, headed toward 20...DMI is still + over -, but both going down in parallel (not so good--I want to see the + take off back up again, but at least there's no negative cross)

thought I'd share--accumulating and waiting for a breakout, and it seems pressure might be building
