The link is for last year's annual report for the OSC. They conducted 33 investigations last year. 13 of the investigations resulted in no action. 20 of them, or about 60% were sent to litigation.

Just playing the odds, SLJB has a 40% chance of walking away from this investigation. (Note: The OSC may have a higher or lower percentage of litigation outcomes this year.) Of course, there are the RCMP and SEC investigations to deal with, too.
