Bob, I had posted weeks ago that the EEL office in London had told me that ERHC would not be a part of the deal, but some board posters perfered to doubt the veracity of my phone call to EEL offices in London.
The good news for ERHC is that EEL will be a stronger partner for ERHC in our blocks.
However, ERHC with it's full carries does not have the need for additional capital that EEL had.
