Hello, GEH.. Enjoyed our conversation Saturday evening.. Like you, I also feel the R/S does not pass without additional info.

Somethings going on behind the senses.. Private Placement..Very interesting thought.. We touched base on that last night. I said I felt it was going to happen even before I knew you felt that way.. Why else keep the A/S so high..

That is the only thing that really makes some sense to me.. Get the Share Price up via R/S Move to Another Larger Exchange. Line of some serious Investors..

Once listed on something other than the OTCBB Market AMEP will then have a very good chance to start to attract some Institutional and Mutual Fund Money..

Once the investing world gets a look at the forward potential they will all want a piece of the action.. The problem we currently have is they are not even remotely interested as long as AMEP is listed on the OTCBB Market and controlled by various Hedge Funds and Of Shore and Canadian accounts. We could have all the good PR'S and production numbers and the PPS will never be able to advance and hold realy gains as long as we are listed on the OTCBB Market with the number of current outstanding shares..

Like I told you yesterday. I am getting more excited about AMEP than most anytime in the past.. Something is about to break wide open.
