IF Sullivan is STILL retained for the CIVIL litigations, why has he not made the proper ammendments to the courts of the " name change" of the defendant.
The courts were notified that Sullivan had filed aginst the wrong LAST NAME and ADDRESS of the defendant, and Sullivan did not take any action or refile the suit in the proper last name, or rectify the address.
Now he still may be working on the land issues in the ME , with that I have no clue..
And you are going to ask me about my proof about Sullivan and the civil case.......yes I know this, I called the courts. And if you call as well, they will tell you that there is new info on this file.
