This situation with David Evans is just the kind of thing that ESA could possibly take action against. We now represent about 8 million shares of stock, and hundreds of stockholders! This situation with Evans and Bloomberg is an issue that ESA can discuss with management and perhaps take action (if the company sees it in their best interest). I will be discussing this later with our new set of nominees for directors of ESA. Voting will take place tomorrow. So if you want to participate please do so soon.
