read the filing.. after the rs the AS stays at 500,000,000 shares. they will have plenty..

My guess is that they can drill and cap wells but can't afford to extract any O&G. So, the rs , increased AS so they can sell shares to raise capital to extract the O&G. Now, if this is the case, they MUST PR next week about their near future intentions. If not, this stock is doomed into to pennyland forever. JMHO..
