From my experience ... stories printed by a newspaper have to go through a number of reviews both by editorial staff and by legal counsel before they get printed.
Sulja brought the story down on themselves. I equate their conduct to a thief that wants to point the finger at a passerby and yell thief. While everyone turns to look .... the real thief tries to sneak away. Unfortunately the lies are too huge and PV can't run and hide from the securities regulators. imo
