It’s [Black Box warning for cardiac issues in Actos] already in the works according to Dr. von E’s testimony in front of Congress yesterday.


Just plain odd. Maybe it will be for congestive heart failure - which Actos and all that class can cause? Or maybe the trial has some funny that I didn't catch (e.g. not run in the US?)? Or maybe just the FDA being ridiculously conservative after Vioxx etc? Very odd. Will have to do more research.
