There are very few explanations I can think of for the PPS action I see. Please feel free to offer your own interpretations. In this case I would love to be wrong and hope I am. At the shareholder meeting I did talk to Christian I ask him what LFB's response to a takeover would be and he told me they would not act as a "White Knight".

Buying stock now is probably the best course of action. If any of you are familiar with StockWatch or SEC regs this might fall under manipulation, particularly if it's purpose is to control a takeover evaluation. I have no idea.
