I did not mean to imply that there was any validity to this Class Action Suit. I only meant that it was assumed that the "ambulance chasers" would be around sooner or later.
My experience, FWIW , has been that Class Action Lawsuits of this type are nothing more than some lawyers ( "ambulance chasers" ) out to make some money.
Like you mentioned, for example, DNDN management can not possibly control the fact that the FDA decided to render their proclamation earlier than the May 15th date.
Stocks go up and stocks go down. Past performance is no indication of future results. You place your bets and take your chances ( so to speak ).
Unless the company's management does something along the lines of Enron, I think that lawsuits are a complete joke. No wonder lawyers have the reputation that they have. ( No offense to the lawyers that are not of this type ).
