I wonder if this PR was a response to yesterday's steep decline. I wish they could have provided more details. I would like to know more about that air permit. Are they still going to burn natural gas, biomass, coal, or what? The last thing I heard is they were going to burn natural gas because it took too long to get a coal burning permit.
If all the permits are lined up, where's the money? How are the tax exempt bond sales going?
Do they have an EPC lined up yet to do all the construction work? If so, when are they going to start pouring concrete, and when is the scheduled completion date?
What about the other plants? How are they coming along?
I'm not trying to undercut their accomplishmenets so far. It makes my head spin to look at all these construction permits they had to obtain. They are however running behind the schedule they released last year, and they seemed to have changed course on the coal burning issue. So I'm really interested in getting a full report on what's happening, and what the new schedule is.
